You are not currently setup to receive Real-Time data. We assume that you are looking for the CME futures (we do not know what CHE would be). As such, you would need the Denali Exchange Data feed. Refer to the Setup Instructions here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Not sure how to set this up, its really confusing. So I tried to change the Denali Exchange Data Feed CME options but nothing happened, then I tried to change my package deal from (5- advanced £36 month to 'standard + denali data 36 month) but now its saying i dont have enough money so now im back to square one, plus i think i may have messed up my orininal package deal.

Please let me know exactly how to set this up so that i can have real time futures CME data, instead of delayed data (not sure why anyone would pay for delayed data) so that i can use it with the footprint?

thanks

Your account is fine, do not worry about that.

The first thing we need to know prior to going any further, is whether you have a funded futures trading account. The reason for this is explained here:

Great. Then all you need to do is activate the exchange(s) that you want. You can do this from this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

And just remember that if you are not staying connected to your trading account that you will need to connect at least once a month to validate your status as a Non-Professional. Refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
