Hi, yesterday I tried to subscribe to depth of market data logging into my A.M.P. account; as I could not find such an option available for customers with Denali datafeed, I contacted AMP support and they told me to sign the "Exchange Agreements".
I soon received an email from Sierrachart with the link to the Agreements page and signed the Uniform Subscriber Agreement, the CME Non-Professional Certification, and the Uniform Subscriber Agreement For Delayed Data. Perhaps this last sign was a mistake because today I am indeed seeing depth-of-market data BUT delayed...
What shall I do to see real-time data?
If some time in the future I decide to give up the depth-of-market and revert to only top-of-book data, should I contact you or AMP?

You have the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup, although the selected exchange does NOT include the Market Depth.

But, the first thing is to figure out why you are not getting Real-Time data.

Please check that the option File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. If not, then change it to Yes and then select File >> Disconnection, then File >> Connect to Data Feed.

If that is not the issue, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Well, now not only I miss real-time data but I can not even connect (Connection error: Trade account not assigned). The only thing I have done since your reply was to fill the form AMP sent to me a few days ago requesting to switch from TT to CQG order routing.
As far as I understand, AMP should mail new User Id+PW - nothing has arrived so far - maybe that's why I can not connect?

Yes, that is why you cannot connect. We have removed the Sierra Chart Order Routing setup from your account, so that option is no longer valid.

For right now, you would need to set your Service to SC Data - All Services, and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. You should get your Real-Time data then.

Once you get the CQG information from AMP then follow the instructions at the following link to setup your Sierra Chart to your CQG account:
