Hi, yesterday I tried to subscribe to depth of market data logging into my A.M.P. account; as I could not find such an option available for customers with Denali datafeed, I contacted AMP support and they told me to sign the "Exchange Agreements".
I soon received an email from Sierrachart with the link to the Agreements page and signed the Uniform Subscriber Agreement, the CME Non-Professional Certification, and the Uniform Subscriber Agreement For Delayed Data. Perhaps this last sign was a mistake because today I am indeed seeing depth-of-market data BUT delayed...
What shall I do to see real-time data?
If some time in the future I decide to give up the depth-of-market and revert to only top-of-book data, should I contact you or AMP?
