Also, i have no idea how to activate / get started with my account, can someone help please?

Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password.

2. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew and press the "Update" button.

3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options:

I'd like to trade Eurostoxx / S&P500 futures

I am about to buy a Sierra package and my question is simple: If i get the $36/month Package 10 ( Standard Sierra Chart plus Denali Exchange Data Feed (Service Package 10) ), will i get the real time live data for Eurostoxx and S&P500 futures? yes or no ?

if i get the data from my broker, do i still need the Denali data feed?

can i buy the service package 5 and still get real time data from my broker?

why is it not possible to trade crypto from the Sierra Chart platform?

if i still need to activate and pay for real time data, then what's the use of DENALI FEED ??
on your website it says that DENLI FEED includes real time data, so i am confused, i don't understand what it is used for if i still have to pay through my broker...
then you say i don't need the denali feed if i get my data from my broker which makes it more confusing.

Regarding package 5 and real time data question above, you say "As long as your broker provides it, and we can use that data", my broker is AMP FUTURES, if i pay through them the Eurex and CME will that work ?

Regarding crypto, will you add trading for Binance or other exchanges like ByBit, Bitmex...??

will it be cheaper if i buy Sierra through AMP ?

For the CME Group and EUREX data, you need to get them from somewhere and pay for them. We recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, as it is a much superior data feed that we have built and have control over, so we can ensure that it works best with Sierra Chart. In addition, it includes more historical data than is available from other sources. So the best thing is to just use the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

You can get the CME Group and EUREX data from us through the Denali Exchange Data Feed. To do this you would need Package 10, 11 or 12 and then you would need to also pay for the exchange fees for whichever exchanges you activate. Refer to the information for the Denali Exchange Data Feed (including Setup Instructions) here:

Service Packages 3 and 10 are the same apart from the Denali Data Feed Fee. Packages 5 and 11 are the same apart from the Denali Data Feed Fee. Package 12 is the same as Package 11 but also includes access to the MBO data from the CME Group and EUREX. You will find all of this information here:

You will need to pay for the exchange fees to one or the other, but not both. So if you get the Denali Exchange Data Feed from us, then you would not need to get the data from your broker and vice versa.
