Hello

I have just updated my feed to package 10.

This is $46 PCM and should received denial feed, if i'm correct. I do not have or want a broker attached to this, i just want the live feed to see ES

I have been trying to competed the exchange data feed agreement, in which it asks for my broker details etc. I do not have anything to put here, and so says i will be liable for CME professional fee's. What do i do to avoid these fees? I was under the impression i could have package 10 $46 PCM and pay the feed data on a $3.25 total $49.25.

So what do i put in the data feed exchange agreement if i dont have a broker and dont want to be liable for cme proffesional fees?

The CME Group has a requirement that you have a funded futures trading account in order to qualify for the lower priced non-professional exchange fees. If you do not have an account, then you would have to pay the higher priced Professional rates. Refer to the information here:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

We do offer a service in conjunction with AMP that allows you to create a funded account for a minimum outlay. Refer to the information here:

You have not activated any exchanges and hence have not been charged for any exchange fees at this time.

My feed is no active. I pay AMP $10 +$1 for the CME feed and Serra $3.25 for data and $46 for package 11. When i try to activate the LSE feed it says i dont have a active feed connection. Is this because my feed is not through SC? how can i activate the lse (.LN) feed if this is the case

You are paying for the CME Group data. You are not paying for the London Stock Exchange data. We only have delayed data from the LSE available. If you are interested in this, it is part of our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (separate from the Denali Exchange Data Feed). Refer to the information here:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

----------------

Separately, you have us a bit confused by your statement:
I pay AMP $10 +$1 for the CME feed and Serra $3.25 for data and $46 for package 11

Since you are getting the data from us (Sierra Chart), then you do not need to paying for the data also to AMP, unless you need that data for a separate program. You may want to let AMP know to cancel the CQG data.

Hi

Im still having some issues with my feed.

Im currently using CGQ API as my data feed. When i try to switch to SC data all services I don't get any feed for the ES mini or cme data charts. I also want to pull up the ICE ftse 100 futures chart but ICE_L symbols (ZH_21) are not showing on the drop down menu.

Thanks in advance

First of all, whenever you switch between Services, you need to select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will update the symbols in your charts to match the symbols used by the currently selected service. Refer to the information here:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

Second, we do not see a reason for you to be changing your Service setting. You should just set it to CQG (in your case) and leave it set. If you do not want to place live trades then put the system in Simulation Mode. Refer to the following:
Trade Simulation

Finally, you are signed up to get data from us as you have both the Denali Exchange Data Feed and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active with the following exchanges:
- Full CME Group for NonProfessionals (Denali Exchange Data Feed)
- London Stock Exchange - Delayed (Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed)

As long as you have the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds enabled, then you will be getting the data from us. Otherwise, you would get the data from CQG, if you are paying for it. Refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services

Look through the above and let us know if you continue to have a problem.
