Hello,
Can anyone give the process of setting up feed to two machines at the same time. I paid for the extra machine ($12) however am unable to add extra feed described in the process described here (:Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously )

as it says unable to change feed due to reseller billing.

Please advice to activate the second machine with live data.

Thank you

In order to be able to have the Denali Exchange Data Feed go to two different machines at the same time, you would have to remove the billing for the Denali Exchange Data Feed through AMP, and then pay for it directly with us. You can continue to have your Sierra Chart software paid through AMP, it is just the data feed that needs to change.

This is simply because AMP does not have the ability to make the necessary changes to your account, nor to deal with that particular setup.

So, you need to let AMP know that you will be paying for your Denali Exchange Data Feed directly to Sierra Chart, and they will take you off their billing process. Once that is complete, then you can setup the Denali Data Feed as you need.

----------------

Also, you are allowed to have the Sierra Chart software running concurrently on two different computers at the same time without having to add an additional connection. So the extra $12.00 you paid may not be necessary, unless you are going to be using Sierra Chart on 3 systems at the same time, although you will NOT be able to get the data in real-time to all 3 systems at the same time.

Depending on your need, you may want to look at whether you need that extra system or not.

I received Confirmation on the change from amp saying they removed market data from cqg user ......

I am now unable to login to cqg Web API for trading. I signed up for the package 12. Please assist as I can not switch from SIM account.
I would like to keep routing via CQG as it is cheaper if possible.

What do i need to use for for the Data connection settings to have the correct setup.

thankyou

The data feed is set up correctly on your account.

Follow the CQG set up instructions here:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

And also these instructions:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services

Also understand that CQG does not allow two trading connections at the same time. This is a limitation of CQG. And the benefit of the Sierra Chart order routing service.

I am still unable to get two live connections despite paying for two CME exchange fees. The other computer will not show live data. I need it only data on the second machine for analysis not trading but unable to manage.

Any suggestions?

We need to see your Message Log from the computer on which you are NOT getting the real-time data by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
