hi

my computer time clock always seem to be a a bit ahead from the actual time. what's the best way to fix this as it affects the Regular Open and Close times on my charts.

I've manually fixed this on my computer several times but after a while the time goes ahead a few seconds from the actual time.

appreciate response.

Refer to this setting:
General Settings Window: Periodically Set System Date-Time from Server (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Update Intervals)
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

And make sure that you launch SC as an administrator to make sure you have to rights and privileges on your computer for SC to do this automagically.

Otherwise, you'll get errors like this:

Requesting current DateTime from Sierra Chart server. | 2021-02-19 14:08:58.998
Received Date-time from server. Delay adjusted UTC Date-time: 2021-02-19 19:08:58.669. Round-trip delay: 00:00:00.219 | 2021-02-19 14:08:59.437
Computer time to server time difference: 00:00:00.768 | 2021-02-19 14:08:59.437

Hi

I was previously setup by my broker AMP (with Denali data feed, CME data, and CQG order routing (with package 3 Free for AMP Customers) and all billing through them. Seems that Sierra is not allowing billing via Broker any more.

So my question is that if I want to get Denali Data feed with the CME data, and CQG order routing, do I just select the 10-Standard+Denali data feed - 36 USD/Month option?

Below the 10-Standard+Denali data feed - 36 USD/Month option, I also see TWO other choices [LINK] i.e.
- Denali Exchange Data Feed Service (Optional)
- Denali Exchange Data Feed CME/CBOT/NYME/COMEX Exchanges (Optional)

Do I have to also select these two optional choices? if yes, what selections do I make?.

I'm doing this the first time so find it very confusing, so please reply so that I can get this setup properly.

Thanks.

The first thing to do is to set your Service Package to Package 10 (select the timeframe that you want to pay for).

Then follow the instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

hi

Yes, I know i'll have to make a payment. But in order to make the correct payment for what I actually need, I asked earlier that:

if I want to get Denali Data feed with the CME data, and CQG order routing, do I just select the 10-Standard+Denali data feed - 36 USD/Month option?

I ask this because below the 10-Standard+Denali data feed - 36 USD/Month option, I also see TWO other choices [LINK] i.e.
- Denali Exchange Data Feed Service (Optional)
- Denali Exchange Data Feed CME/CBOT/NYME/COMEX Exchanges (Optional)

Do I have to also select these two optional choices? if yes, what selections do I make?.

Really appreciate if could answer in bit more detail.

On the page in the following link, you will select Package 10 in the section that has the title Choose Service Package and Time Period for Usage Time, or "Disabled": and then select the button that states Update/Set
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#AvailableServices

The other items will be dealt with as you go through the instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Again, those instructions are here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Hi

I'm noticing a huge data lag in my charts (RANGE and minute charts). for e.g. on the MES price data on the chart just stalls for few seconds and then starts moving again. This was working ok few days ago but not sure what happened that this is happening now. Please see file attached showing my connection to servers, and my chart interval settings. Also the whole Sierra platform feels very sticky.

appreciate response.

Refer to the following:
Prices / Data Falling Behind

And also possibly the following:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
