Questions about Sierra Chart package 11 etc & very badly I need Sierra Chart subscription

Hi I had few emails back and forth with the Support@sierra.com and based on that I still have several more questions below: Q1: Today I spoke to Ninjatrader who is an introducing Broker for Philip Capital and they told me that I would be able to use Sierra chart through Ninjatrader but they will charge me $10.0 per month separately which I will take care of. Tomorrow I will try to reach them to find out the clearing firm name and introduce a broker and existing account number so that I can submit the required information. Other than this do you need any other info from me or Ninjatrader? Q2: How much will be my total monthly bill for Sierra chart (package 11 ===>advanced package) including Denali Data Exchange Feed data and Market depth data which is $10.00 per month? Is it $56.00 (Sierra chart + Denali data Exchange Feed) +$10.00 for Market depth data = $66.00. Am I correct? Is there any other fee? So, can you please tell me how I can make a payment? Could you please give me access to the Sierra Chart and Denal Data feed at your earliest convenience? You can charge for the entire month of February? How can I get a Sierra chart? Need to download? Any link? How to get a Denali data exchange fee? Q3:I already created my account for Sierra chart and I will submit the required info tomorrow. Q4: What else do I need to do? I need to get a Sierra chart as early as possible. How to connect Sierra Chart with Denali Data feed data? Also note that I do NOT want to try any trial period with delayed exchange feed data. Please let me know the process and how I can make payment so that I can use your Sierra chart along with the live data as early as possible. Thank you very much. Q1. Really, we do not need anything in particular, but you will need to know what Trading Service they are setting you up with, so you know how to configure your Sierra Chart software. Most likely it is CQG, in which case, you would follow the Setup Instructions here: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Q2: A) Your charges will be the following: - Package 11: $56.00 USD per month - Exchange Fees: Depends on selection ($31.20 USD/month for the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals) B) You can add funds to your Sierra Chart account on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit C) You will need to wait to get your Trading account setup prior to getting the data. This is necessary so you can qualify for the Non-Professional rates. Refer to the information here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges D) You will get charged the appropriate amount as each item gets activated. Thank you so much for your all answers: I do have some more questions along with the update: Q1: Yes, it is CQG and they already have enabled the connection and I do have my user id and password. Q2: (A) I want package 11 (Sierra chart + Denali Exchange data Feed) and Market depth data only for Emini S & P 500 Futures, not full CME group! How much would be total monthly bill? $66.00 per month? (B) Added funds ($160.00) already to my Sierra chart account. I have a question here. Do I need to add money to my account from time to time or automatically it will withdraw money from my credit card? (C) Trading account set up: I do understand that I do need to wait to qualify for the Non-Professional rates? How long do I need to wait? (D) Yes, I do understand I will get charged the appropriate amount for each item. (E) Yes, I already have downloaded the Sierra Chart! (F) So, for Denali Exchange data feed, I do need to sign two available agreements and follow the instructions at the link that you provided. Am I correct? Q1: Since you have your CQG information, you can setup your Sierra Chart to connect to it. Follow these instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Q2: (A) If you just need the E-Mini S&P 500 with Market Depth, then the best exchange option is the "CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts". The cost for the exchange is $10.40 per month. Therefore your total monthly expenditure for Sierra Chart would be $66.40. (B) Yes, you will need to add funds to cover the costs as they come due. We are working on the ability to automatically charge your card, but that is not quite ready. It should be very soon. (C) You just need to go through the Setup Instructions for CQG (See Q1 above) and then you are good. (F) Follow all the instructions as given. There are 2 agreements that need to be signed. ----------------------- - Get your Sierra Chart connected to CQG. - Setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed per the instructions - Start trading. Hello Sierra Chart Team, Thank you so much. I will try to set up tomorrow and if I have any problems I will let you know. Please charge $66.40 per month from my fund! I will keep adding my funds until you notify me that transfer can be done automatically. I will sign those 2 agreements as well. As of now I have a very important question for you in order to set up the Sierra chart. On one window I have 4 different charts: (i) 5 minute Candlesticks (ii) 5 min standard footprint chart (iii) 5 min Order flow imbalance & (iv) 5 min Point and Figure. Please note that I have never used Sierra chart. To my knowledge, I think I have same set up for all 4 different charts. But I have the following problems: (i) 5 min candlesticks chart & 5 min standard footprint chart are not moving at all towards right side as if they are frozen! (ii) My order flow chart is working fine and it is moving towards right side and up and running always and also it is automatically adjusting the height so that I can see the order flow easily! ==This is what I want for all other 3 windows! (iii) 5 min Point and Figure chart is also updating but the chart is NOT moving automatically towards right side unless I do it manually! So, could you please let me know what could be the problem. Hi Sierra Chart Team, I am sorry for my previous message as I am able to figure it out why it was not working. So, please never mind! I signed up all the required documents and tried to connect with CQG with my username and password and it did connect. But when I am opening my saved file for charting, it says wrong symbol, download failed and the chart is NOT working. However, please note that with delayed data it was working fine. The symbol I am using is ESH21-CME [CBV-D] which is for E mini S & P 500 Futures and right now I am using March expiration! Please help me to solve this problem at your earliest convenience. Also, I have another question for you. Do I need to connect with CQG with my user name and pssword all the time whenever I open the Sierra chart? Thank you very much. Best regards, Atanu Roy |

Hi Sierra Chart Team, To my knowledge, the monthly bill would be around $66.40 instead of $86.40 but my account says that 'Your current Services Balance is 160.00 USD. A balance of 86.4 USD is required to pay for all services activated on your account which are upcoming for renewal". So, I am just wondering what is this extra $20.00 payment for? Your total per month will be $56.40, as Package 11 dropped to $46.00 on March 1, 2021. Just be aware that the Exchange Fees are billed on the first of the month, but your Usage Time is billed every 31 days and depends on when you signed up (you are set to renew your Usage Time on March 4, 2021). Hi Sierra Chart Team, I am using Denali Data Exchange only for Emini S & P 500 Futures and you said it would cost only $10.00 or so. My total Charge would be $66.40 for the previous month. But you charged $76.40. I do believe that I should get a credit or refund. If not please explain it to me. For upcoming month, it is showing the service would be $76.40. But actually it would be $56.40. The reason is below: $46.00 (Sierra Chart package 11 Advanced)+ $10.40 (Denali Data Exchage fee only for Emini S & P 500 Futures) = $56.40. Why it is $76.40 ????
