i have purchased the package 11 after using the trial in the UK i am now wanting real time futures data there is still a 10 minute delay with this package. i am finding it very confusing with your information. i was under the impression that i would be getting real time data as long as i purchased a package 11 with Denali? or is this wrong

We are assuming that when you entered this ticket that you did not have an exchange active. We see now that you have taken care of this, so you should be getting the Real-Time data now. But, we do notice that you activated both the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for NonProfessional Trading Accounts" and the "Full CME Group for NonProfessional Trading Accounts". You will want to deactivate whichever one you do not want (the only difference is the Market Depth data). The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. Thanks, ive looked at the links you have sent im in the uk so i cant have the AMP account and the lamax is now a $10000 account needed. So is my only other option going on the professional exchanges? or can you recommend any other way for me to receive live data? |

The requirement to have a trading account to qualify as a Non-Professional is a CME Group restriction. Therefore, you would need to see if you could find a broker that uses CQG, or TT for their trading services, or you could see if you can setup an account with Interactive Brokers. If you are unable to get an account setup, then the only option would be to pay the Professional rates. If you are mainly looking for data for the E-Mini S&P 500 (ES), then the cheapest exchange would be the "CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account" at $62.40 USD per month.
