We are assuming that when you entered this ticket that you did not have an exchange active. We see now that you have taken care of this, so you should be getting the Real-Time data now. But, we do notice that you activated both the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for NonProfessional Trading Accounts" and the "Full CME Group for NonProfessional Trading Accounts". You will want to deactivate whichever one you do not want (the only difference is the Market Depth data).
