The requirement to have a trading account to qualify as a Non-Professional is a CME Group restriction. Therefore, you would need to see if you could find a broker that uses CQG, or TT for their trading services, or you could see if you can setup an account with Interactive Brokers. If you are unable to get an account setup, then the only option would be to pay the Professional rates.
