10 seconds chart does not work, it shows me the 1 minute not even in the current day

10 seconds chart does not work, it shows me the 1 minute. In market replay it does not work either. Market replay does not replay tick by tick, it does so minute by minute, it does not correspond to the chosen time frame (10 seconds). Live data updates tick by tick and the timeframe is correct.The data provider is CQG. According to recent CQG updates, data older than 5 days is not tick by tick, but this issue occurs within this range of days as well. Hello, I already entered from my Sierra Chart Desktop (pack 3) provided for Amp broker. CQG provides tick by tick data but only up to the last 5 days. I have clicked on Edit / Delete all data and download and the 10 second chart works and the replay is tick by tick. Everything works fine again, but the next day the problem returns.

No, the problem is not with CQG data. I have clicked on Edit / Delete All Data And Download and then the 10 seconds chart appears and the replay is tick by tick. But the next day the problem comes back again, and instead of a 10 second chart, it shows me a 1 minute chart. It is not a problem of historical data, this happens to me with the chart of the current session. Jan 1, 2021 Changes to Historical Data: Interactive Brokers, CQG in this link clarifies that the tick by tick data is offered up to the last five days, and the problem occurs to me within that period.

This is crazy. The 5 days of tick data from CQG took this amount of time: HD Request # 3 \| Completion time: 22m 43s \| 2021-01-10 21:16:36.301 22 minutes! Now users can see why we limited the CQG historical tick data to 5 days. Anyway aside from that, this line is missing during the download of tick data: HD Request # 4 \| Truncated Intraday data file at 2021-01-05 22:19:00 while receiving initial tick data during multistage download. \| 2021-01-10 22:20:19.581 Otherwise, there would be out of order data in the chart. So this is not really making sense to us why you are having an issue with this. You could try updating to the current version, currently 2218, but we do not know why that would make any difference. The problem that I have been explaining is that as long as I do not have Sierra Chart open, as long as I am not receiving live data, the bars are not 10 seconds, they are one minute. But when I open the platform (when I log into Sierra), then each bar itself is 10 seconds. If I don't open the platform for two hours, those two hours will give me a one minute chart, and I need this to give me a 10 second chart, not a minute. I show you today's chart, for the whole day I didn't log into Sierra, and instead of showing me the 10 second chart, it shows me the whole day with one minute bars. But now that I log in, it does show me 10 second bars. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=161041303262.png In the two squares that I am drawing is the period in which I have bars of 10 seconds because it was the period in which I log in to Sierra, (receiving live data, with connection) the rest of the bars are one minute. I need it to be the entire 10 second chart, even though I have logged out of Sierra.
