Post From: 10 seconds chart does not work, it shows me the 1 minute not even in the current day

No, the problem is not with CQG data. I have clicked on Edit / Delete All Data And Download and then the 10 seconds chart appears and the replay is tick by tick. But the next day the problem comes back again, and instead of a 10 second chart, it shows me a 1 minute chart. It is not a problem of historical data, this happens to me with the chart of the current session.
Jan 1, 2021 Changes to Historical Data: Interactive Brokers, CQG in this link clarifies that the tick by tick data is offered up to the last five days, and the problem occurs to me within that period.
