This is crazy. The 5 days of tick data from CQG took this amount of time: HD Request # 3 | Completion time: 22m 43s | 2021-01-10 21:16:36.301 22 minutes! Now users can see why we limited the CQG historical tick data to 5 days. Anyway aside from that, this line is missing during the download of tick data: HD Request # 4 | Truncated Intraday data file at 2021-01-05 22:19:00 while receiving initial tick data during multistage download. | 2021-01-10 22:20:19.581 Otherwise, there would be out of order data in the chart. So this is not really making sense to us why you are having an issue with this. You could try updating to the current version, currently 2218, but we do not know why that would make any difference.
