Hello, I'm not really able to understand the difference between Denali exchange data feed and Sierra Chart real time exchange data feed, may you help me? I would like to get the real time data but I am not sure about the right way to go through.
Thank you

What markets do you need data for or want to trade? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on.

Since you are just needing data from the CME Group, then you would use the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

The Sierra Chart Exchange Data feed is for exchanges other than the CME Group.

You will find the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed here:

Just final question that is not clear to me. What Have I exactly have to put in the "trading account number", "clearing firm", "Name of Salesperson at the broker" in the Exchange Agreements? I have an account on IC Market and an account on Tier1fx International and I am a non-professional trader.
Thank you so much

It looks like both of these accounts are Forex. In order to qualify as a Non-Professional trader for the CME Group, you have to have an active and funded Futures trading account. Refer to the information here:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

If you do not have a Futures trading account (which it looks like you do not), then we recommend using this service:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

Otherwise, you will have to pay the Professional Exchange Fees, which are quite a bit higher.

Let us know how you will proceed and we can direct you on the next steps.

My idea was to use Sierra Chart real time data feed as a proxies for my forex/CFD account. Anyway if I have understood well I need a future account funded (yes mine are both forex account). I think the best solution at this point is to use Sierra Chart TT in cooperation with AMP, can you direct me to the next steps? As I activated this services and funded the AMP account will I be able (if I’d like to) to trade future market directly from the Sierra Chart platform? Either I can activate the AMP account and keep it “inactive” as I continue to trade just on my forex account, is it right?
Thank you for your time

Yes this is all a correct understanding.

The next step is to follow through the instructions here:

Hello, I funded my Amp account. Now I’d like to know just to be sure which Data feed I had to activate? As I said I chose the solution Sierra Chart TT. Is it Sierra Chart TT-W (FIX)? I need it for 6B, 6E, ES and CG, so do I need in multiple checkbox to select just “CME bundle” (30$/month) or also “Nymex”?
Many thanks

Before we get to the data, if you are going to be using the Sierra Chart Order Routing then you need to follow the Setup Instructions here:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

With regards to the data, do not worry about setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed until you have the Order Routing service setup. But, in order to tell you what exchange(s) you should sign up for, we would need to know if you need Market Depth Data or not?

CL trades on the NYMEX exchange, which is the one exchange that you do NOT have selected to get data from.

Note that if you are going to want to add the NYMEX exchange this month, then you should just activate the individual NYMEX with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts this month.

Then, next month, it will be cheaper to use the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts, as this includes the data from all the CME Group exchanges with Market Depth at the same price as 3 of the exchanges individually. Therefore, you would want to set the 4 individual CME Group exchanges to Deactivated sometime this month, as this will set them to not renew, but you will continue to get the data through the end of the month. Then on May 1, you can activate the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange.

You can access the exchanges on this page:
