Hello.
Please find two references for support requests that were made to the PUBLIC FORUM. I believe were properly posted according to your support rules.
One request is from me and the other from my trading partner who also has his own copy of Sierra Charts.
This issue had to do with very different OBV values between both our programs.

This request for help was made almost three weeks ago and neither of us have received a reply.

Please advise.

The first thing to do is to make sure both of you are using a data feed which is providing consistent data. We recommend the Denali Exchange Data Feed:

If you do not want to use this data feed (Although you really should being you are using CQG), then the first step is to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service to ensure both of you are using identical data. This really is essential. Documentation:

And when it comes to differences between studies between charts or installations of Sierra Chart, refer to:

Would be best that one of you shares your Chartbook with the other to make sure you have the same settings. Instructions:
