The first thing to do is to make sure both of you are using a data feed which is providing consistent data. We recommend the Denali Exchange Data Feed:

If you do not want to use this data feed (Although you really should being you are using CQG), then the first step is to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service to ensure both of you are using identical data. This really is essential. Documentation:
