This morning my Trading Evaluator service will not function. It connects, but no data flows. SC Data works fine. Is there a technical issue happening at the moment? Or some way I can get it working again? I'm running 2204.

Updated to 2206, no change. No data flows and I get the "Symbol is unknown" orange message. Translating symbols also doesn't help (though the symbol is correct anyway).

There is no problem with the Evaluator Service, and we are not seeing any problem with the ESZ20 symbol.

Try the following and let us know the result:
- Update Symbol Settings using these instructions:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings

- Uncheck the option in the Global Symbol Settings for Use Custom Symbol Settings Values. Refer to the information here for this setting:
Global Symbol Settings: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings)

- Reconnect to the data feed and then open a chart for ESZ20.

You need to connect to your trading account in order to validate your Non-Professional status with the CME Group. This has not been done in the past month. Refer to the information here:

Thanks, unfortunately that's a problem right now. I just moved from Infinity to AMP, so my Infinity login no longer works, and AMP has still not given me credentials or explained how I actually connect my SC to the new AMP account, despite multiple emails asking them. Maybe I need to pick up the phone instead... but I guess for now I can't do anything since I have no live account to login to.

I just spoke with AMP and they said that they need to hear from you guys about setting me up with my Denali/TT order routing. I'm not sure what the "proper" way to do that request is so I'm putting it here. Is that something you can please look into? Thank you.
