Hi, Seems like i made 2 payments for the same data request. Once yesterday and once today. Could you please help to see why i my data was not active when i made the first payment yesterday?

We see that the payments were made, and that you did not need to make the most recent one. So you now have a positive balance in your account that will remain there until needed.

Your data feeds renewed fine today, so you should not be having any trouble. If you are having an issue, let us know the exact issue you are having.

For some reason my data feed did not activate after my fist payment and activated only after my second payment Any idea why?

It does not renew when you make the payment. The data feeds automatically renew in the morning of the first day of each month.

Thank you. I already paid every that was needed for the charts, data service fees for stocks and then to enable 3.5 for futures. I'm not sure what's the $23 for now? Could you please help. Appreciate your help

We do not know what the $23.00 you are referencing.

But your Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed did not renew, which means that your U.S. Equities data feed is no longer in real-time.

In order to get these back, you would need to have a total of $35.40 in your account to cover the costs ($25.00 + $10.40 = $35.40). Once you have enough funds in your account, then you can renew the services from this page:

Thank you. Now if I do not want stocks, my balance should be sufficient for futures correct? I have an amp account which is funded. Given I am paying for the the Denali exchange fee and the $3.5 for the CME i should be all set? I do not need to subscribe any data for futures from amp correct given I am using the Denali fee. Also with that I presume my account will be active given my recent payment?

You are correct on all accounts. If you do not need the U.S. Equities anymore then you do not need to do anything else.

You have setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for futures from the CME Group.

You just have to finish setting up your Sierra Chart system for the order routing service that AMP has you setup with. This should be CQG. In which case, you would need to follow these instructions:

What would be my CQG User Name and Password? Is it the same as the sierra chart user name and password or is it from AMP? If i have to get an AMP CQG and password then what is the rationale behind me getting the Denali data feed. Thank you for clarifying

You would get the CQG Username and Password from AMP.

The reasons to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed are numerous, including the fact that we control that data feed, therefore we are able to have a better connectivity to the data. We also have many years of historical data.

Thank you. So I have to get a subscription from amp, then do I have the option not to use Denali data feed as I trade primarily stocks but would like to keep an eye on the futures

If you are using CQG with AMP, then you could get the data from CQG and not use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Just be aware that the historical data from CQG is very limited.

If you want to cancel the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then refer to the information here:

If that is what you want, then you can do this as well. This is the current setup that you have, so there would not be anything to do.

Do I still need an account with Amp Futures then? As mentioned I am looking at futures for the purpose of trading stocks..
Let me rephrase, it seems like I don't need to connect to amp any more on a month to month basis. Is that correct?

In order to get Real-Time Futures data from the CME Group, you have to validate that you have a futures trading account, which would mean connecting to your AMP provided CQG account at least once a month. Refer to the information here:
