Since the latest update (2204) my second instance does not load my chartbooks automatically even though I have 'files to open on startup' enabled.

The General Settings window that you are showing is for the Main Instance of Sierra Chart and not for the Sub-Instance. You have to open the Sub-Instance and then go to Global Settings >> General Settings and set the Files to Open on Startup for that sub-instance. Refer to the information here:
General Settings Window: Select Files to Open On Startup (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Startup)

@Dennis B.

If you definitely have the option to load chartbooks on startup in the Sub-Instance, then please attach your Message Log from the Sub-Instance following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

@User35747

Make sure those Chartbooks are in your C:\SierraChart\Data folder as defined in the Global-Settings >> General Settings.

If they are, then make sure you can actually open the chartbooks directly by selecting File >> Open Chartbook and selecting the appropriate chartbook.

If you can see and open the Chartbooks, but they are still not automatically opening when you start Sierra Chart, then we need to see your Message Log following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Regarding post #12, we have repeatedly said for you to update Sierra Chart to the current version . The issue is resolved. You have failed to do that. Please do not post further about this until you update. And the problem will be resolved.

We are locking this thread since we do not want to confuse the issue that the original user had with other reports which are either unrelated or our instructions are not being followed.
