Real-time data not working

I purchased the denali feed for real-time data and it still shows delayed data. I followed all the steps, not sure what is going on. It says [M] after the symbol and it is still delayed.
Edit: I reset the message log, reconnected to the data feed and submitted the message log for review.

The problem is that you do not have a trading account that you can connect to in order to validate that you qualify for the lower-priced Non-Professional exchange fees from the CME Group.
This results in both the rejection of the agreements that you have signed, as well as a check that we make to ensure that you have connected to your trading account at least once a month.
