Not Receiving Delayed Exchange Data Feed?

If you are no longer receiving the Delayed Exchange Data Feed for the CME group of symbols, then you need to complete this agreement:

First step is to enter all of your information here including telephone number:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageAccountInfo

If you do not have a state, then enter "none" for that.

And then sign the agreement by typing your name at the bottom box where it says "Signed" and press the Submit button.


And then restart Sierra Chart. Although Sierra Chart should be automatically updated within two minutes. So this is not necessarily required but will be if you still do not receive the delayed data.

Also for the record, you have been provided a notice about this continuously for months to complete the delayed exchange data feed agreement, when you start Sierra Chart and also at the top of your control panel page on the website.

Hi

I am a new user of Sierra Chart and have downloaded the software this morning. I have signed the required agreement as above and restarted the program but my charts/DOM are not receiving the data?

My main dashboard shows that I am connected to data (delayed) and the example charts are showing data/price changes?

Can you assist please?

We need to see the entire message log. Restart again and provide the entire Message Log.

Hi

I have tried a forced Login but I have the same problem of the example charts and DOM being dispayed but my selectd Chartbook not connecting to the delayed data feed. I close the Example charts before opening my chartbook.

I have attached a file with the log of the messages to try and help

One problem we see is you are not using the correct symbols. They need to be translated to the current service. Use this command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

Hi, I just signed up for the trial service, I am logged in, but no Data feed. I have tried to follow the instructions from the error message, but I am a bit confused now.

Should I be signing up for Denali and Todo during the Trial period?

The markets are closed at this time so there is not going to be any real-time updating.

Tell us the symbol of one of the charts that is not updating.

Or tell us exactly what you mean by this:
but no Data feed.
