If you are no longer receiving the Delayed Exchange Data Feed for the CME group of symbols, then you need to complete this agreement: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreement&Agreement=UniformSubscriberAgreementDelayedData_20200501 First step is to enter all of your information here including telephone number: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageAccountInfo If you do not have a state, then enter "none" for that. And then sign the agreement by typing your name at the bottom box where it says "Signed" and press the Submit button. And then restart Sierra Chart. Although Sierra Chart should be automatically updated within two minutes. So this is not necessarily required but will be if you still do not receive the delayed data.
