New SC Exchange Data Feed Pricing and Low Cost Access to US Equities Data

We are constantly working to improve Sierra Chart and the entire experience that you have with our software and services. This includes the entire range of receiving data, working with your charts, and placing trades. We are happy to announce that we have made a change specifically to our data management that will help reduce your overall cost for data. The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed) has been simplified such that there are now only two levels of Real-Time Symbols, 150 and 500. The price for 150 symbols is the same as the price was for the 20 symbol limit - $25.00 USD per month. All customers that were on 20 or 100 Real-Time symbols will be changed to the 150 symbol option (with pricing adjusted for the next month's renewal) and all customers that were on 200 or more symbols have been moved to the 500 symbol option (with pricing adjusted for the next month's renewal). This means that for as little as $35.50 you can now have access to the U.S. Equities ($25.00 for the data feed and $10.50 for the exchange fee). This would allow you to track up to 150 symbols from that exchange at the same time. For just $25.00 more, you can track up to 500 symbols. We want to thank you for being a customer and we look forward to continuing our relationship with each one of you. ---- We have also added the MorningStar Forex exchange to this data feed as well. MorningStar Spot Forex Data Feed Now Available ---- Another note, we have become aware of an intermittent issue where at the 9:30 AM US stock market open, the US equities symbols from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed were not continuously updating for the first 10 to 20 seconds and there would be a pause at times. The cause of this issue has been determined and resolved. It required a change at the network adapter level related to interrupt moderation and also a change to use a better buffering algorithm we developed over a year ago. The old method was not always working well due to a large burst of activity at the open. ---- We are also working on adding an option to include odd lot trades with US equities data and make those optional to include in Intraday charts or not. We started development of this, a few weeks ago but ran into an issue and we had to back off of it and more work is required. Hi I now have SC package 11, which includes Denali data. I also have a Denali subscription which cost an additional $36 / month witch is about to renew in a few days. After hours of searching I can not find how to deactivate the second Denali subscription. I want to keep Denali but I don't want to pay twice for the same service. And is that not what I am doing ? I don't understand what that first sentence means. Just before 11:00 AM my SCs stopped updating with message "historical data symbol not recognized". I then looked at support board and found the message that Denali data had been deleted. I am now dead in the water unable to trade. Last night I was trying to see if I did indeed have two Denali accounts, I got nowhere. I tried to add equities data got to point I filled out PDF authorizing form but then how do I send it in. Don't know ?? And as I said in support last night I want to keep Denali data and Package 11. I even added another $100 to my prepaid balance . Sorry for the confusion I caused . Want to get back to trading Thanks Burnie |

Sorry, apparently we had misunderstood what you had stated. We have reactivated the Denali Exchange Data Feed for you. John Greetings Went into File > Data/Trade Services Setting and reset to SC Data all Services. I now have Denali and Equites data working. Thank you !! Back to trading !! IN Trade pull down I have Deactivated SIM and on my trade window I have AMP trade account showing BUT when I enter a trade it immediately switches to SIM. I can not enter a real trade to AMP. I have tried over and over. No go. What do I do now ? Burnie |

You need the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to be set to CQG WebAPI and ensure that the Username and Password for your CQG account are in the boxes below. You can not trade when the service is set to SC Data - All Services.
