Yesterday in the middle of the day I had a problem on my plateform. I was in a trading session in simulation mode like I'm doing since a month and all my board juste crash and disapears. When I tried to reopened it I get an error message saying that I didn't have the data from the market. I'm currently with AMP as a broker and CQG for the market data. So I tried to contact them and they told me that they couldn't do anything because for them I was still connected to sierra chart. So I contact AMP too who told me to refer to CQG. But I'm really thinking that the problem is coming from sierra because all my chartbook are gone when I open the plateform is like the fisrt time that I opened it. And when try to reconnect my self to my account CQG into sierra I get a error message saying that it can't be done due to a current session. So after seeing your explanation I copy all the line that I have on my message log and put it there. I also make you some screenshot of my board. I really don't understand why I get this problem I'm on my desk every day since the end of May and never have this kind of issue. Could you please came back me quickly ? There are backup Chartbook files available. To access a backup Chartbook file, refer to: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File For any stability issues, refer to: Sierra Chart Unexpectedly Shutting Down | Memory Errors | Unusual Software Problems | Exception Errors | Freezing of User Interface For CQG market data authorization issues, refer to: CQG Trading Platform Service: Market Data Authorizations for Symbols/Exchanges Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I can't find my old chartbook even by following your instruction. Even the software has change I don't have my tool at the same place, I don't have the connecte/disconnect button at the same place.. Did you make an update on sierra ? If yes does it possible to get back the old version ? because I had a lot of trouble to get to know your plateform and I really dont want to do all again. Couln't you just put back my version and my chart back directly ? I don't know but I paied for a service for 3 month I used it for a month without a problem. Yesterday your platform crash I loss every thing I have to do it all once again..... |

All my chartbook was saved under the name 'Formation.GTC' but know when I tried to open it first I get an error message due to the symbols saying that he doesn't recognize the symbols. But that is not the big issue. The biggest problem is that when I open it I don't get my old chartbook. I used to have 3 different things the TPO profile chart, the DOM and the Intraday chart of the Euro Bund but know I only have the chart of the euro Bund and is not the chart that I made is just the basic chart that you provide at the beginning

I can't find my old chartbook even by following your instruction. Do you know why this is the case? It does not make sense to us. Why are the backup Chartbook files missing? This is your computer system. We do not know the reason for the problem. Once again here is the relevant documentation:Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File Yesterday your platform crash I loss every thing I have to do it all once again.....
You really ran into a problem with your system or with custom studies. We gave you the relevant documentation on this above. If you are saying you do not even have your backup Chartbooks, then clearly you have some kind of system issue or you are not looking in the right folder according to the documentation.
