I can't find my old chartbook even by following your instruction. Even the software has change I don't have my tool at the same place, I don't have the connecte/disconnect button at the same place.. Did you make an update on sierra ? If yes does it possible to get back the old version ? because I had a lot of trouble to get to know your plateform and I really dont want to do all again. Couln't you just put back my version and my chart back directly ? I don't know but I paied for a service for 3 month I used it for a month without a problem. Yesterday your platform crash I loss every thing I have to do it all once again.....
