Hello,

Finished setting up following all the steps.

I do not see an M symbol on my chart.

my symbols are coming as ESM20 without the -cme.

Make sure that the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is enabled on the Data/Trade Service Settings window (File >> Data/Trade Service Settings).

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Additionally:

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
