I have a new broker and started a new Sierra Chart Account. When I go to my charts to get data, the chart defaults to my old Sc account and of course there is no data there, despite logging in to my new account. I just want to get the new account started accurately. I have everything accurate(it appears) under logging in and on my data and trade service settings. thank you!

It appears that your new broker is AMP, and you are setup to have them manage your account. As such, they have not enabled the specific exchange that you want to use in the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Contact AMP and ask them to enable the exchange(s) that you want. You will find the list of possible exchanges here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees) You will need the Non-Professional versions.
