Hello there,

My delayed exchange data will expire in 1 day, what do I need to do in order to extend a delay service for a couple of weeks?

I will open an account very shortly.

Also, If I want to get a tick chart, do I need to select Number of trades per bar? How do I put the timer on a chart?

Regards,
Alexandre

1. We have added an additional 7 days to your trial. It will now expire on June 4, 2020. This is the most we can do. After that time, you will need to pay for usage time.

Note that the Delayed Streaming Data is available with all Sierra Chart packages, so if you only need the Delayed Streaming Data, then you do not need to have a live trading account. Refer to the information here:
Delayed Exchange Data Feed

2. Yes, to get a tick chart set it to Number of Trades and set it to 1. Refer to the information here, as there is additional information you need to follow in that section to get the data correctly:
Chart Settings: Intraday Chart Bar Period >> Bar Period Type >> Number of Trades Per Bar (Chart >> Chart Settings menu)

3. We assume you are looking for a Countdown Timer for when a new bar should start. This is a built-in study within Sierra Chart. Refer to the following:
Countdown Timer

and refer to the following for how to use a study if you are not familiar:
Chart Studies: Adding/Modifying Chart Studies

Hello there,

Is there a way to plot the highs, lows and closes of each bar on my pointer or mouse?

Also, do you a video which exlain how to send a buy or sell limit order and how to automatically put a stop loss + profit taking whenever I place an order (market or limit)?

Hope my question make sense?

Regards,
Alexandre

Hello there,

When I enter a trade on market order (buy or sell) or if I'm moving my stop or my profit taking directly from the chart, is there a way to avoid seeing ''Confirm Order'' on the chart every single time? I jus want to execute trades and don't have to worry about pop ups.

I've seen a trader doing it on You Tube but I don't know how manage it my platform.

Hope my question makes sense.

Much thanks,
Alexandre

You can disable Confirmations for orders either per chart or globally.

Refer to the following information to do it per chart:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Menu >> Order Confirmations (chart specific)

And refer to the following to change it globally:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Disable Order Confirmations - Global (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> General >> Confirmations)
