AMP has already solved it.
They hadn't subscribed to me. But I now have the problem that my Denali data is approximately 2 minutes late. I compare it to Ninja and CQG data and the delay is significant. What could it be? I need help with that please.

Hi John, I need your help, my data suffers in some hours of the day delays of up to 20 seconds, while I notice how the CQG and Ninja run smoothly and without interruptions, I use Sierra and Ninja at the same time and in the same computer. I thought that by switching to Sierra with Denali I wouldn't have any problems about that. This has kept me from trading these last two days at Regular Hours which is when I trade my system. I tried the recommendations you gave me in the link, such as lowering levels in market depth, I totally disabled the windows firewall, which was the only one active. I need to get support on this please.

No that is not necessarily true. We have no control over the public Internet or your connectivity.

It depends upon the amount of bandwidth usage and possibly also on the port. This is not related to a firewall. We want you to enable low bandwidth mode:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Low Bandwidth Option

And we want you to enable the option for port 443:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DataSourceSettings.php#AlwaysUsePort443

Be sure to reconnect after enabling these options.

The other possibility would be to run Sierra Chart on a server, like a virtual private server somewhere in the US, and then you connect to it with remote desktop protocol.

Please do not provide any further screenshots. They are not helpful.
