We have no control over the public Internet or your connectivity.It depends upon the amount of bandwidth usage and possibly also on the port. This is not related to a firewall. The other possibility would be to run Sierra Chart on a server, like a virtual private server somewhere in the US, and then you connect to it with remote desktop protocol.
