I am subscribed to Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed but I am not receiving live data.

What do I need to do?

You could not be using TD Ameritrade. Sierra Chart no longer supports TD Ameritrade.

We are not sure what "Account Details page" you are referring to.

Select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings". What is the "Service" at the top left set to?

I used to use Sierra Charts with TD Ameritade as my broker last year. I didn't know you had stopped supporting it.

Is the chart at least updating but delayed? It should be.

So you only have a TD Ameritrade account for trading futures?

We do not have a good answer here, at least the one you are looking for. We have to comply with exchange rules. You just cannot access the real-time data when you have a TD Ameritrade account.

Sort of. This is another complication. You will have to pay more money to your broker for CQG access.
