Hi, I am subscribed to Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed but I am not receiving live data. What do I need to do? Thanks. |

You could not be using TD Ameritrade. Sierra Chart no longer supports TD Ameritrade. We are not sure what "Account Details page" you are referring to. Select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings". What is the "Service" at the top left set to? Tell us the symbol of one of the charts. SC Data All Services. I used to use Sierra Charts with TD Ameritade as my broker last year. I didn't know you had stopped supporting it. Symbol MESH20. |

Is the chart at least updating but delayed? It should be. So you only have a TD Ameritrade account for trading futures? We do not have a good answer here, at least the one you are looking for. We have to comply with exchange rules. You just cannot access the real-time data when you have a TD Ameritrade account.
