You could not be using TD Ameritrade. Sierra Chart no longer supports TD Ameritrade. We are not sure what "Account Details page" you are referring to. Select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings". What is the "Service" at the top left set to? Tell us the symbol of one of the charts.
