Issue with Trade

This morning I entered a live trade on the NQ thru SierraChart but after order was executed, SierraChart was showing that my position was flat. At that point, I went to Interactive's Trader Workstation and saw that my position was still opened. I ended up closing my position for a loss using Trader Workstation because SierraChart was not showing any open position.

What information do you need to troubleshoot this issue?

This is certainly something that can be an issue when using Interactive Brokers. It is well documented here:
Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Trade Position Line or Quantity Disappearing or Displaying Zero (Trade Position Line or Quantity Disappearing or Displaying Zero)

If you are trading futures we recommend using this service to avoid this kind of problem:

And then use Interactive Brokers for trading all other type of instrument types.

And then we assign the AMP account and you can use either your Dorman account or the AMP account within a single instance of Sierra Chart.

The above issue has been resolved. I am in process of completing the AMP Live Platform setup and my question is whether or not it is required since I already have the SC-Denali data feed established. Can you please advice. Also do you know if I need to complete the section in the blue box - see attachment

I see that you have Denali Data set-up and it can be flowing to your charts, until you have SC TT Based Order Routing set-up you can use these instructions for Denali Data:

Regarding the attached picture, that is from AMP website, please ask them about it.

Yes, my Denali data setup is currently with Dorman. I was told that I can use the same Denali setup with AMP - correct?. What are the next steps then? Do I need to contact AMP so they can complete the setup on their end and then engage Sierra Chart to complete the setup? Please advise
