This morning I entered a live trade on the NQ thru SierraChart but after order was executed, SierraChart was showing that my position was flat. At that point, I went to Interactive's Trader Workstation and saw that my position was still opened. I ended up closing my position for a loss using Trader Workstation because SierraChart was not showing any open position. What information do you need to troubleshoot this issue? |
