Issue with Trade

This morning I entered a live trade on the NQ thru SierraChart but after order was executed, SierraChart was showing that my position was flat. At that point, I went to Interactive's Trader Workstation and saw that my position was still opened. I ended up closing my position for a loss using Trader Workstation because SierraChart was not showing any open position.

What information do you need to troubleshoot this issue?

This is certainly something that can be an issue when using Interactive Brokers. It is well documented here:

If you are trading futures we recommend using this service to avoid this kind of problem:

And then use Interactive Brokers for trading all other type of instrument types.

I would like to add AMP Futures also to my account. I have the following questions:
1. Can I use the current Denali service without any incremental cost?
2. What steps do I need to follow to add AMP Futures?

And then we assign the AMP account and you can use either your Dorman account or the AMP account within a single instance of Sierra Chart.
