Problems with OCO orders (attached orders) trading from chart

Using Infinity/Transact futures.

I'm having all sorts of issues when using OCO/attached orders and trading from the chart.

Sometimes, when first or second target is hit, the stop loss will disappear.
Sometimes, after final target is hit, the corresponding stop order (which should have cancelled automatically) remains live and independent.
Sometimes, when a target is hit, the remaining orders fail to modify or get stuck in "pending modify".
I frequently have to check the dom and the orders window for orders that should have cancelled but are still present there but not
present on the chart.
Sometimes I get "pending modify" notifications for no know reason.
Sometimes separate target orders get combined into one order with a contract amount that does not correspond to the stop loss order.

This behavior occurs on two separate installations of Sierra Chart (separate machines) as well as different versions of the software.

It occurs in live trading and live sim but does not occur in playback mode with trade simulation mode turned on.

I have tried deleting and recreating all OCO/attached order groups. I have consulted documentation and have found no solutions.

I will be happy to pay for support in order to get this issue resolved.

Please advise. Regards, Kevin M

This is not resolvable by us. You are working with an external trading service in this case Transact. Sierra Chart has very reliable trading functionality but we do not control external services like Transact.

Sierra Chart is properly integrated to the Transact websocket API for trading and has been well tested. But that does not mean there cannot be external issues which occur at a later time. This does not surprise us at all. We have had similar reports.

We have set you up a trading account on this service here:
Simulated Futures Trading Service

Follow through the instructions on that page to use it.You will want to use the Service labeled : "Trading Evaluator - Delayed [trading]"

Verifying that you do not have the same problems with this service is important for us, it is part of the test. We can spend a brief amount of time on the telephone at no cost to help you with this if needed.

We would like you to test, and verify there are no further issues.

Hello,

The trading Evaluator-Delayed service has been working fine on separate/new install of SC.

I just transferred chart settings and data from my main install of SC to new install so I can have my highly customized chartbooks.

In doing so, I must have overwritten the server settings on the new install and am now unable to get delayed data.
I have "Trading Evaluator-Delayed (trading)" selected in the "Data/Trade Service Settings". Not sure what else I need to input.

Sorry to be a pain, but I would much appreciate guidance to get this install re-connected to delayed service until I can get set up with new broker, which will take at least a few days.

Thank you,

Kevin M

Please belay last request.

I have delayed data rolling now.

Had to "translate symbols to current service".

All good for now. Might need some guidance later when setting up with new broker.

Yes we were going to say that you need to use this command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

And make sure that Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service is set to Trading Evaluator-Delayed which you said is already the case.

The trading Evaluator-Delayed service has been working fine on separate/new install of SC.
Good.
