Stop loss didn't trigger

Hi support, I had a scary situation where I added a limit buy order on the 10yr with attached orders (stop and profit target). I left the trade alone and the pc went to sleep. When I got back the trade had triggered, however the stop loss did not when it went against me. The stop and profit target had simpily disappeared and the trade was at a large floating loss. I have attached the log for the day. I am very concerned why this happened. I thought I could rely on the platform to take me out with stop order when things aren't going well and I am not at the charts. First you are posting from an account which is expired. You need to log into this board with Help >> Support Board. We see you are using CQG and there is not support for server-side bracket orders with that service. I thought I could rely on the platform to take me out with stop order when things aren't going well and I am not at the charts. Thanks, I did use attached orders. You can see it in the file I attached. Are you saying that my limit and stop loss orders were not transferred to the server and therefore they didn't get triggered when PC went to sleep? I have a sub accoutn which is subscribed to SC. Yes because server-side bracket orders are not supported with CQG. You will need to switch to this service: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service If you want to proceed with that service, then in step 3 in the set up instructions on that page complete the form. Yes but the problem is that only happens when the parent order has filled. Based on the description it is quite clear, the parent order had not yet filled at the time the computer went to sleep. Hello i have similar problem but my parent order was filled, i scaled and went to sleep when half was still open. when i woke up i saw my stop and target are still there but price just went through stop 11 ticks and it still wasn't getting triggered. Checked that Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Use Server Side OCO Orders and Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Use Server Side bracket Orders are both set to yes. It's a trading evaluator account with apteros

yes, it's disabled. moreover it can't even be enabled while i'm on their connection. when i want to simtrade i have to switch to sierra data feed

We are fairly sure we have identified the reason why the orders did not fill when expected. We are resolving this. We are looking into the issue of the orders not expiring.
