I have a client that has Sierra set up with Rithmic but experiences some “freezing” of his charts once in a while, do you think it has anything to do with Rithmic data since he said he has heard before that Rithmic does not run well on Sierra? Anything he can do about it other than change datafeed? I cannot find any info if futures options can be traded on Sierra Charts. Can you please advice if that is possible? Sierra Chart Support |

No this definitely does not have to do with Rithmic data. A problem like this would be more likely to be encountered with CQG rather than Rithmic. Rithmic data is processed on a background thread.
