purchased sc exchange data feed and activated exchange [full cme group] via SC; have a live, funded account with AMP and pay them for package 5

installed sc and logged in via amp login/cqg web api [trading]

loaded chartbooks

i get historical data, but i do NOT get any real time live data

any help, feedback MOST appreciated

in my account is still says im in trial, not sure why?

i get historical data; and if disconnect and then reconnect in 10min i get that 10min of data, BUT i do not get LIVE realtime data

In this particular case, you needed to activate the Sierra Chart Exchange data feed on that particular account. But you have activated it on a different account, the same one you have posted this message with on the Support Board.

What we have done is we have extended the account you are currently logged into on the Sierra Chart website, until the end of the month. Log into Sierra Chart with this account following the instructions here:

This will solve the issue.

i have Sierra Charts Package 5 turned on @ $25 a month with AMP
SC is saying i have Usage Time About to Expire - Your usage time will expire in 1 day

these are my recurring services
1] 2019-09-30  Sierra Chart Usage Time.  Activate Service Renewal
2] 2019-09-30  Monthly (Calendar Month)  25 USD  Exchange Data Feed: 20 Real-Time Symbols (1st Connection).  
3] 2019-09-30  Monthly (Calendar Month)  15.75  Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts  

do i need to do anything with [1]

am i supposed to click on reactivate connection, reactivate exchange [for 2and3]... (since its now the end of month)

Ok we see what you have done. Do not reactivate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed on this account you have logged into the Support Board with. You need to activate the Denali Exchange Data Feed on your AMP account next month. Refer to:

And you need to log into Sierra Chart with that same account:
