purchased sc exchange data feed and activated exchange [full cme group] via SC; have a live, funded account with AMP and pay them for package 5 installed sc and logged in via amp login/cqg web api [trading] loaded chartbooks i get historical data, but i do NOT get any real time live data any help, feedback MOST appreciated note1: in my account is still says im in trial, not sure why? Current Service Package: Trial Package note2: i get historical data; and if disconnect and then reconnect in 10min i get that 10min of data, BUT i do not get LIVE realtime data note3: 2019-10-01 05:00:00 25 USD Exchange Data Feed: 20 Real-Time Symbols (1st Connection). 2019-10-01 05:00:00 15.75 USD Activated Exchange: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts Monthly Total 40.75 USD |
