In this particular case, you needed to activate the Sierra Chart Exchange data feed on that particular account. But you have activated it on a different account, the same one you have posted this message with on the Support Board.

What we have done is we have extended the account you are currently logged into on the Sierra Chart website, until the end of the month. Log into Sierra Chart with this account following the instructions here:
