I had my chart limit raised form 5 to 20 with Gain. On the Gain platform I can get 20 charts, no problem but not on Sierra. "FIX reject reason: Your subscription limit of 5 has been reached". I've gone through the steps to reduce the number of symbols; eliminate roll over, deleted quote board/spreadsheet, intraday file update list, remove symbols from alert manager, verify server settings and third party software connectivity yet I can't go over 5 charts. I sometimes get the FIX reject with only 3 or 4 charts. My status ST: shows no more than 10 at any given time. I'm on the latest software version. I don't see anyone else with this same problem. This cripples my ability to look at multiple charts simultaneously. I've spent too much time trying to resolve this and it will affect my renewal options if it persists.

This limit is set by Gain Capital. We have no ability to solve that. Our recommendation is for you to use this data feed instead:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

Which can be used with your Gain Capital trading account.

That data feed is a new version of this data feed documented here:

Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

Can you tell us who your introducing broker is?

This is just yet another example, of why we are working to consolidate external services to a new unified service:

Thank you. On your support pages, Sierra indicates that in order to display more than 5 charts, the number of charts must be enabled by FuturesOnline (OEC). Apparently this has changed. I'll look into Denali exchange and order routing. Thanks again.

The number of symbols is definitely controlled by Gain Capital. So if you are still having a limit of 5, it means they did not increase the limit for the connection used by Sierra Chart.

You also should disable this option:
General Settings Window: Detect Rollover Of Current Futures Contracts Symbols Based On Real Time Volume (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Symbol)
