CQG live data is jumping

i am connected to cqg api data feed and check the screenshot the historical price is ok (i think) but the live is jumping pls advice |

We have noticed this with CQG as well. Reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers And re-download the affected data: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method) We hope users are starting to realize the problems with CQG more and more. A problem like this should never happen and it is not due to any error on our side. Ok good. We have added logging to isolate the problem and we will ask CQG about it next time we see it. what is the difference between SC df and denali's? Yes primarily price difference.
