Problem with charts since changing data source

I switched from Rithmic to SC Data -All Services mid-morning today.Now my charts are stuck at the the time I ended Rithmic and started SC as the data service. I have closed the program and restarted multiple times with the same result. I have tried replaying multiple charts; they all stop at the time: when Rithmic ended and SC started. There is probably a simple fix, but I haven't been able to find it. Thank you, Bill French

Do you just require historical data? Make sure the symbols are correct. They will need to be changed to match the SC Data-All Services service. I made a mistake somewhere, in selecting a Denali package ,, and now the only packages i see to activate are ones thhat require a broker,which do not apply to me. No matter what i try, it brings me back to that screen. Can you hhelp me? I have ALS and am struggling with this.
