Problem with charts since changing data source

I switched from Rithmic to SC Data -All Services mid-morning today.Now my charts are stuck at the the time I ended Rithmic and started SC as the data service. I have closed the program and restarted multiple times with the same result. I have tried replaying multiple charts; they all stop at the time: when Rithmic ended and SC started.

There is probably a simple fix, but I haven't been able to find it.

Do you just require historical data? Make sure the symbols are correct. They will need to be changed to match the SC Data-All Services service.

The first step is to update to the current version of Sierra Chart:
Software Download: Fast Update

After the update, then use this new command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

Yes, I do need realtime data.Is this not included in my current package? If not , what does it cost and how do I go about getting it?

I recently closed an account that gave me access to Rithmic. I haven't decided which brokerage to go with, so the answer is no.

Therefore, you are going to need to pay the CME E-mini exchange fee at 42 USD per month plus the cost of the Sierra Chart package you are using and the cost of a real-time connection. We recommend waiting until next month when we have a new package available which is going to bundle the CME data feed with Sierra Chart.

I made a mistake somewhere, in selecting a Denali package ,, and now the only packages i see to activate are ones thhat require a broker,which do not apply to me. No matter what i try, it brings me back to that screen. Can you hhelp me? I have ALS and am struggling with this.
