Do you just require historical data? Make sure the symbols are correct. They will need to be changed to match the SC Data-All Services service.

The first step is to update to the current version of Sierra Chart:
Software Download: Fast Update

After the update, then use this new command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
