I have purchased the TSX Realtime When I have an intraday 1 minute chart loaded, it does not automatically update. The only way I can get it to update is to disconnect and reconnect again. ELD.TO [M] - However when I reconnect I am still 2 minutes behind. |

We checked this data feed and we do not see any problems with the real-time data on our server. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog If we still cannot determine what the problem is we will look at this with remote assistance. And it might not be unusual for a symbol that does not trade a lot, for it to be two minutes behind. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. We have implemented a temporary solution to this problem. Reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers There is an issue with determining the exchanges on your account on the server side. We need more time to look into this, but for now the issue is resolved. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I did reconnect and the same problem persists, it continues today as well. I continue to have 0 symbol limit and worried that all this disconnect and reconnect might get me booted off the server

We apologize for this. We did look into this very carefully yesterday and the problem cleared up. It has to do with the authorization data from our vendor of record. We will get it temporarily resolved again.
