My SC is receiving live data from InfinityAT (TransAct) but when I click the InfinityAT DOM, the order doesn't show up on the chart. If I place the order from SC, I receive this message: "You are not connected to a supported Trading service. The requested trade action was not performed. Try reconnecting by selecting File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed." I tried that and it didn't help. As I said, I am receiving data however.

Connection Type is "Live" under Data/Trade Service Settings.

Trade Simulation Mode On is unchecked.
Chart Trade Mode On is checked.
Show Filled Orders is checked.
Show Orders And Position is checked.

Thanks.

I now see that it says "Unable to connect the TransAct trade engine. Failed to login for trading. The YesTrader username or password entered was not valid."

I am using InfinityAT not "YesTrader" (I don't even know what YesTrader is).

We can tell from this Message Log, you are running an older version of Sierra Chart which uses the older TransAct software to connect to their system.

We do not know why you are getting that particular error message. It does not make sense. However, you really need to update to resolve this problem. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version.
