Permissioned user to custom studies - not working

I added a user to be able to access my custom studies, and the trading levels do not appear. I was able to share the chartbook w/studies to him through Sierra Chart, so username is correct.
User has live data, User is at the chart's right edge.

User was added the same way the first other user was added; however, the studies are not populating on his chart, whereas they immediately worked with the other user.

Please advise.

Thank you

Things to check:

User is not using Safe Mode:
Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode

The "Ending Date" for the custom studies authorization for the user is in the future and the format is correct.

Verified that User is not in "Safe Mode".

No ending date is set, per option.

Verified that User has enabled receiving files.

The only known variance between this User & the User for whom the studies are working, is that this User's data feed is Rithmic, while I & the other User have data through the same supplier.

Though this would not seem to be related, in my opinion, it is the only known difference at this time.

Please advise, thank you.

Really at this point you need to look into this more deeply from your side. For example, you need to determine why this is the case:
and the trading levels do not appear.

If these trading levels are from your own study we would not know why there is a problem. Sierra Chart does have its own Trading Levels study which you can take advantage of:

I am indeed using the Sierra Chart Trading Levels Study, & not my own coded study; the levels are entered throught the "Set Price Levels" link under the Custom Study DLL tab.

I will share your reply w/ User #2 who has the problem. However, I cannot be responsible if he opens his own support ticket about the same issue.

I understand your position.

Unless I have the same problem w/ a new user that I add, I am considering the problem to be his, as I have looked into this as deeply as I can, even sharing his screen & walking him through the process in his Account Control Panel.

The Trading Levels study is working just fine on my end, & on also User #1's system.

Thank you.

OK we did not know you were using the Sierra Chart Trading Levels study. The most likely reason the levels are not showing is because the symbol of the chart based on the data feed they are using, differs than the symbol you have specified for the levels.

What is one of the symbols you have specified?

Yes, this is true: I am using ESH8, & his symbol for this contract is different. I will have to add his symbol & then add the price levels again, it seems. It's more work, as I have 8 such studies... In the future, I might only share with someone with the same symbol.

I will try this and report results.

Yes, also add trading levels for that other symbol they are using.

Or have them enter in the Alternate Symbol Input with the study : ESH8

User #2 added ESH8 in "Alternate Symbol Input" per your suggestion & the problem has been happily resolved.
