Verified that User is not in "Safe Mode". No ending date is set, per option. Verified that User has enabled receiving files. The only known variance between this User & the User for whom the studies are working, is that this User's data feed is Rithmic, while I & the other User have data through the same supplier. Though this would not seem to be related, in my opinion, it is the only known difference at this time. Please advise, thank you. |
